Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We have partnered with a global fulfillment center to ensure your packages arrive safely and efficiently, no matter where you are in the world.
- United States: Standard Shipping (5–8 Business Days) — 10 USD (Free on orders over 145 USD)
- Canada: Standard Shipping (5–8 Business Days) — 12 CAD (Free on orders over 195 CAD)
- United Kingdom: Standard Shipping (5–8 Business Days) — 8 GBP (Free on orders over 110 GBP)
- Europe (All EU Nations): Standard Shipping (5–8 Business Days) — 8 EUR (Free on orders over 130 EUR)
- International (Rest of World): Standard Shipping (5–8 Business Days) — 18 USD
Premade Drops Our premade collections are ready to ship and move through our system quickly. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment facility within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.
Made-to-Order Drops Some Barakah items are crafted specifically for you to ensure the highest level of quality and detail. Estimated production and delivery for these items is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on order volume. We share this range to stay transparent, but our team is always working to deliver your pieces earlier whenever possible. We refuse to rush production if it risks the quality of your piece—your item is built to last.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our 14-Day Return Policy If something is not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to send your items back for a full refund.
All we ask is that the items meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Unaltered in any way
- Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
Please note: Items that have been worn, washed, or returned outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, simply email us at info@barakahh.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will get back to you quickly with the exact return instructions and the shipping address.
Damages & Issues We stand by the quality of our pieces. If your order arrives damaged, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please reach out to us at info@barakahh.com right away. We will cover all the costs to replace or refund it immediately—no stress on your end.
Processing Your Refund Once your package makes it back to us, our team will process the return and automatically issue a refund to your original payment method. You will typically see the funds back in your account within 3 to 5 business days (depending on how fast your bank processes transfers).
If it’s been longer than 7 days and you still don't see the funds, just shoot us an email and we’ll gladly look into it for you.
Final Sale Items To keep our inventory moving smoothly, any pieces specifically marked as Final Sale during special drops are yours to keep, and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
